Ok so....  I do Vegas every year maybe twice.  If you go to Spring Mountain, watch your speed on the way up because there is very active enforcement at times.  It is only 35 minutes during an ideal drive...but not the most scenic.

Las Vegas itself.  Fremont Street is a must, even with the kids.  It is a great area and you can take a pic with a million bucks while there... free.  Bands are free and they are always playing and great there.  I haven't asked how old your children are but... things such as the Stratosphere jump (I have done it a few times), Fremont Zip Lines, as well as tracking high end cars at Dreamcars in Vegas is a must.  I am sure your kids would LOVE to see you do a few laps in a Maserati for under $200. Food...  I have done tons of restaurants there but, for kids, would recommend a trip to Margaritaville as it is a blast for kids and teens.  If you like unusual places, there are tons of restaurants like Fatburger and whatnot along the strip.  Which brings me to the strip.... make sure you take a day or night to walk up and down the strip.  It has been cleaned up since years passed and you wont find hooker cards littered about the sidewalk or people pushing them on you anymore.  The strip is an amazing place to just stroll, or to walk into every high end resort and check out their scenery.  Here is an example of things you will run in to... absolutely incredible sights.

Last but not least...  If you are looking for a great meal night out for a Buffet, the Wicked Spoon in the Cosmopolitan is amazing, as is the inside of the Cosmopolitan with its thousands of Samsung screens alone.  You will walk in and be absolutely amazed at that show alone.  They change but their affects (ie aquarium) are VERY realistic.

If you want to see some Vegas shots... look back a bit at my IG page...

Scroll down passed the Thaland and vette pics and there will be a bunch of vegas shots from January...and videos as a matter of fact.

Last but not least, if you are looking for a high end restaurant to take the wife one night... let me know.  I have been to my share through business there and could write a book on restaurants and Vegas.
