Ok I've spoken to Glenn Crichton of Coping and the ticket purchase is for one person only. So each person who goes must have a ticket even tho they are a passenger. Corvette owners/participants will get the discount as well as their spouse/friend/passenger who must also buy a ticket at the discounted price of $80. All funds raised at the event will go to the Coping Centre of Cambridge on Blair Rd. (near the roundabout).. Hope that clarifies the situation for you. I asked if I could order a ticket now and Glenn took my name and number and will have the business office 'phone me tomorrow for all details and payment and proper registration. Glenn's number is at the bottom of Manny's post and the centre's details are in the link below. I also asked about what time the proceedings would kick off and the plan is to have the corvettes and owners there about 4:30 in the parking lot to arrange the cars so that when people started coming in about 5 they could view all the great rides as they entered. After all the proceedings of the evening, things would wrap up around 11pm. Sounds like a great time for a very worthy cause and I'm buying a ticket now and hope to meet a lot of you members there with your rides too. Here's a link for those who aren't familiar with Coping : Welcometo the Coping Centre Hope to see you there -- It promises to be a great event for a great cause. Who knows: one of us might win another Corvette in the draw that evening. Colin. (CCO)
