The wash covers are available in blue or orange from Quinten Racing in the States for $200 US plus shipping.

I'm going to hazard a guess here, as I don't even have a C8 yet, that those vents expel engine heat. I'm thinking plugging them up might not be the best strategy...

They are urethane, install for washing and remove for driving. They are reusable.

But for $200 USD for some plastic, I will dry the engine bay myself.
