How do you turn off voice warnings?

So I turned off voice prompts within the nav app but when cruising with Google maps in Android Auto I keep getting some annoying voice trying to warn me of incoming railway crossings. The voice prompt volume affected it because I lowered it to 18 and it went quiet, but it didn't turn off like the setting is. I get no other prompts just this railway one.

This is really annoying, is the infotainment bugged? Please tell me I'm missing something somewhere.

Okay I think it was the XM traffic app. In the menu for it I disabled advisories and other settings and it hasn't said anything anymore

Only way I found to shut the warnings about navigation, my driving skills, where should I park and ............... is leave the wife at home.
