how do you remove the front license plate bracket mounted on a c8 bumper

Remove 2 screws and lift, I believe. It shouldn't be hard because I managed it.

Who in their right mind would drill into a C8 nose? That bracket, or you talking just the Aero plate?

There are 2 screw holes already under the "aero plate". Is that what the cover is called? and 2 slots for the bracket.
