I heard the Z06 drives quite a bit stiffer then the sting ray .

Kia denied the sale of the dealership twice before the owner said "screw it" and sold it anyway

Pretty hard to fight the third largest automotive manufacturer in the world. Out of interest, their net income in 2019 was 3.18 Trillion Korean Won. That's about 3 Billion in our dollar. I hope the dealer has deep pockets.

Dealers don't want to have a new C8 sitting on their lot for even a day as that gets reported to GM and can negatively impact their future allocations as "days unsold" goes into the formula for future allocations.
