...nice how these cars are made that nothing to hook onto. notice the tow strap, it is cutting heavy into the bottom spoiler / bumper of the car. so who pays for the damage if any ? One reason why I quit towing years ago, plastic cars of today are not made to get out the ditch .
 
I don't know what all of the charges were but driving faster than speed limit by double or more is only -4 demerit points (speeding less than 35km/h over the limit is -2 points). Once you get into the negative penalty zone you are charged $50/point, so if you have a -12 driver rating then the license will cost $600 (12 x $50) and you will pay more to register a vehicle.
 
Ha ... on top of 4 demerits for the speed violation, whattabout the liklihood of any of these addons ...

- failing to remain (if this be the case)
- careless driving (if this be the case)
- failing to stop for police (if this be the case)
- improper passing (if this be the case)
- improper turns (if this be the case)
- failing to obey the indication of a traffic control device (if this be the case)
- stunting (if this be the case)
- drive without reasonable consideration of others (if this be the case)

then it'll be his turn to sing :Singing: his defense in court ... hoping the judge likes his genre :Biggrin:
if I had nothing to do ... would love to hear it (lol)
