High wing dealer installation

Can someone please confirm. When a high wing spoiler and engine cover are ordered with the original order, they are to be installed at the dealer before pickup. I want confirmation that the buyer does not pay installation fees. I have read it both ways. I know that if you order the parts after then the buyer pays installation. But what about when it’s part of the order

No dealer does it during PDI it's free if it was ordered with the car as a LPO

Your lucky high wing is a big job probably 4 hours depends if you ordered Z51 than he does not need to drill holes, the engine cover is a 10 min. job so that one is a 1 star for difficulty
