Welcome Terry!I think it is probably condensate from AC. anyone have this. dealer said can't look at it for 2 weeks
Yes I garage it. Only 2 weeks old never seen rain. Definitely waterWelcome Terry!
Do you garage the car?
What does the fluid feel like? Don't taste it!
You do not want it to feel greasy.
Thank you very much for your great reply. My dealer is Spencers in Cobourg. They said they bring in a guy that does water leaks. Not sure what that means... I am going to make them fix it and since it has been leaking for last 2 weeks un noticed probably have to replace carpet and padding in that area. I have had service problems in the past with GM dealers. We shall see. 1st Vett and having fun with it so far. TerryIs there a bigger Corvette dealer in your area? If your not sure ask us. Here are comments from others that had your issue:
There are bulletins out for fixing it. One fixes the drain line if it is leaking where it is attached to the center tunnel. The other involves removing the tunnel cover (underneath), and better sealing a seam where the water dribbles down the inside wall of the tunnel and enters an overlapping seam, where it works it way back out to the passenger floor. My concern with that fix is that the water still runs across that seam, and may eventually leak again. My 2021 had the second problem. I fixed mine by extending the drain hose further into the tunnel, so that the water does not dribble down inside wall of the tunnel, but instead falls directly to the tunnel floor. Once it is on the tunnel floor it will run out on the ground and not back in the car. My fix is in the thread called water on the passenger floor. However, a better version of the fix, and in my opinion the best fix is at post 1 of this thread:
#1-I had this issue in my 2020 (vin 2539) and thought the issue was a condensate line, but it turned out to be an improperly sealed body panel. The dealer sealed the panel and replaced the carpet.
I live in Peterborough OnTerry, a lot of people travel to Spencer's to get their cars, but are you from that area as well? Where's home for you?

Do you recommend a different dealer. I am about 40 minutes away. They want me to drop the car off and leave it. I would think they shouldn't take too long to fix and no need to leave car over nightTerry, a lot of people travel to Spencer's to get their cars, but are you from that area as well? Have you spoken to Jack McGee's in Peterborough? They are still a top 100 dealer as another option to try if they have a Corvette specialist mechanic? You could ask.Do you recommend a different dealer. I am about 40 minutes away. They want me to drop the car off and leave it. I pulled back the carpet and it is coming in below the sealer on the seam. Plug looks dry. So I guess the will have to reseal thisThank you very much for your great reply.
