Hi from Red Deer. Welcome to the forum. The closer to the mountains you go, the better the roads insofar as twists and turns as most of the flatland roads are pretty straight. I do a couple runs a year to Drumheller and always stop in Wayne for lunch. Its a popular spot in the summer for both bikes and cars. Highway 40 up to Kananaskis village is a nice 50 km run but it can be pretty slow especially on the weekends. The old Hwy 1A to Banff is also a nice run, as is the return on Hwy 93, then Hwy 11 back to Nordegg. Or stay on Hwy 93 and up the Columbia icefields parkway to Jasper is a gorgeous drive but usually smoking busy with tourists.
