For example, 2M has 2 cats replacement options. the 1st one is full by-pass hollow tube, nothing in it, a potato could go through it. the 2nd one is the high flow cats, this one has a center core in it. You can see this on their website and on many Youtube videos. Please note that 2M is not the only company that sells these 2 options to replace the OEM cats. So far 2M is maybe the least expensive.When I changed mine, I also bought new OEM gaskets. This is not mandatory, just recommended.
