Put 19x12's on a stock C6? (non Z06)

I have on the back now 19x10.5 and it seems to sit inside the well by at least 3/4 of an inch or so. I like the flush look ..

and wanting to get new rims, so, want to make sure i find the right fit

I saw on another C6 and not as bad as I was expecting.

maybe it's just my tires that are making it look so inward? I have the Mich Run flats 285/35R19

with advice from Manny, put nitto's on the stock rims of my '06 base
convertable.
275/35=18 on front and 305/30=19 rear.
These looked flush with the fenders. Don't know if this info is of any help.

i saw a vette C6 base with 20x12's on the rear. personally I didn't like how little tire was on a 20 but it didn't stick out as far as I thought.


Looked a lot like this

So thought it looked pretty badazz on this car.. any other thoughts?

also.. Anyone know where i can get a set of Grand Sport rims? and who offers great pricing on tires?

I only see vendors from the USA, wanted to see if there was any ones that had decent pricing. and i guess just worried about over the board fee's :nono:

the USA pricing is just SO low in comparison then what stuff is here .. so hard to buy local.
