PEI maybe in 8 days from Ontario and back... no more unless you just want to drive in/drive out and see relatively nothing... If all you want is a run to say your car has been in every province then go nuts, but you won't be really seeing the provinces or the amazing history, scenery, and people of the Maritimes. You can spend a week driving in each of the Maritime provinces and still only rush through some of the highlights....my opinion.....
