Greetings from the warm and sunny south

Well, I just had to check in and say a big hello to all my Corvette fellow members from down here in Treasure Island Fl. it is 78F and absolutely gorgeous here today. It has been fabulous weather here ever since we arrived on the 20th. I see you are getting some really cold temps. up there so please keep them there as I don't want any down here. Midland is also getting some snow again with heavy snow squalls where we live so I hope it doesn't stay too long for those of you who also might be affected. Lots of vets down here cruising the beaches. Will be trying to locate a dealer who has some C7's that I can take one out for a spin just to see how they compare to my ZR1. Hope all is well with everyone. Brian, I will order a tire repair kit when I get home end of March.

Don't take all the nice weather for you I'm coming down to Delray Beach March 7 to 21 and I wish a little bit of warm weather, this winter was particularly cold, me and my wife REALLY need to warm up. :coolgleam:

Awe rub it in will you!? Wish we all could be there.

When I was in that part of FL in early Oct. I heard a Tampa radio ad for a dealer called Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City (just off Hwy 4) west of Tampa. I figured with a name like that they just have to have inventory on the C7! I checked their website and sure enough that very day they were having an open house with the arrival of several cars. I paid a visit the next day and all but one were sold and gone (the dealership is monstrous

Heading for Myrtle Beach S.C. tomorrow morning in the boring (but spacious) Montana. Please let some of that warm air trickle a bit farther North.

Glad someone is getting warm sunny weather -- Enjoy it Terry .... bring it back with you if you can ....... Yes it's bloody cold here and is 'upsetting' mostly everyone -- Nobody is themselves these days due to this severe winter.

Enjoy the C7 ride -- I'm interested in what you think of it..
