Well, she has been washed, vacuumed, waxed and windows cleaned and I just put her to bed for the long sleep. Covered her up too but will install the c-tek battery tender next week into the cigarette lighter. Insurance expires tomorrow except for fire and theft. What a bummer but the weather gurus up here are forecasting crap so decided now is the right time to get it done. Hurry up spring!

In to the bitter end, we got out for about a 100 mile run today and stored the Olds at a friend's for the winter. We both got to drive the Corvette. It was a nice day for a run here. Might just get the odd last minute run in into this coming week as well. Never say die. Never say put it away until the salt flies.

:agree:Had mine out again today for about 250 klm run.........no snow or salt so she is being run every day I can.

Mine is gone and I'm still missing it. On the plus side I can now put my DD in the garage. I'm pretty sure no matter how many garage bays one has you could always use one more.

Next weekend for me.........:(:(:(
Withdrawls by Christmas.:ack:

Maybe I'll make a trip to Florida and rent one for a couple of weeks.:driving:

I put the hex on the rain, so NO rain. So what do they do, they are sending a centimeter or two of the white stuff. %%@$%&&^%** dirtyfoderunderratafrats. :( ;)

My old buddy Ray and I were to Lindsay for lunch today and was there ever a lot of mud tracked out of fields onto the roads. A small price to pay for living in the country.

Woke this morning to the ground, trees and buildings covered in snow. Seems much too early but probably not. Kids were out trick or treating in the snow last night.

Corvette is tucked away just waiting to be vacuumed out and covered.

And so it begins.

Walked the dogs in snow flurries early this morning. Put the car away for the winter a couple of hours later. The LONG LONG winter begins

We had a trace of snow over night but it is all gone now. Will be out for a run on Sunday for sure. Might just go around by our friends' place and see their latest acquisition, a mint 2007 Corvette. :)
