We moved last fall and the buyer didn't want the garage floor tiles. Tiles were down for 5 years and are in good used condition. Garage was 18.5 feet by 19.5 feet with extra tiles covering the concrete wall footings. New tiles run $8 and up. About 350 square feet available with charcoal and grey tiles. Includes edging for garage door. REDUCED to $750 and open to reasonable offers.
