Freight and PDI

Does the freight charge include PDI or is that separate Charge In addition to freight?

My bill of sale had a Freight charge and an Admin fee. No PDI so I suspect it’s included in the freight.

I'd think it's included in the price of the car.

Thanks! They are 2 separate charges on a Porsche, so I was comparing both. I haven’t bought a new Chev since 2012 and couldn’t remember
