Dale and I took the Corvette out this afternoon for it's first run of the year. I've had a C-Tek battery tender on it since last fall and the car started like it have been running five minutes before. An enjoyable afternoon.
My buddy Ray and I put an ad in the Old Autos paper to sell some stuff and get ready for the swap meet in Lindsay May 3-4. I've had three calls already and may have a 327 and the L78 396 sold along with a Holley carb for a '69 Boss 302 Mustang. At the rate we are going, I won't have anything to sell at the swap meet.

but i bet you and ray will enjoy it just as much. say hi to ray for me keith :seeya:

If we have nothing to sell, we will have more time to enjoy the swap meet.
Ray was saying the other day that he has less trouble getting in and out of the Corvette than he does his Grand Am. And, that's coming from and 84 year old man. One of these days, I'll have to bring him up to see the progress on your new house.

$1.52 here in Midland for Petro Can 94 Octane!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last summer it was $1.35. Go figure!

We brought our car home two years ago today, Yippee. The car was low on gas so I pulled into a gas station in Bradford and premium was $1.49 9. Fortunately it went down again right after that. Two years of real enjoyment but I do keep my eye out for another '69 Chevelle. You never know.

Just got the car out yesterday! Oh, it's so nice to get in the drivers seat again!

91 Octane is sitting anywhere from $1.38 to $1.45 per liter.

Dumb question, but now that gas is well over $1 per liter, why do they even both keeping the tenth of a cent on the price?
