Find out when your C5 was built

Good morning fellow C5 owners:

A quick google search for C5 production numbers this morning led me to the Official C5 Registry Site. There I scrolled through the options and percentages of cars with them. One tidbit for my car, only 425 or 3% of 2001 Coupes Came with Magnesium Wheels.
A scroll through the Production Timeline page gave me the date that it was made, Friday June 1, 2001 (near the end of the shift, being VIN # 33429)
Model Year 2001 Production Began at 11:12 AM Friday June 23, 2000 and ended Thursday June 23, 2001
This page is definitely bookmarked now, some interesting information. Check out the stats for your C5

Thanks for the link @OL Yeller. It looks like my car was built on June 12/03. 27% were black exterior cars 82% had black interiors. Nothing really special of note on mine, but surprised at how few options were available for the FRC cars.

Looks like they started building 04's the following week.

Thanks a lot for the info Ol Yeller. I have an 02 Millenium Yellow convertible 6 spd. Built on my sister birthday May 14th. I just boiought it on Jan 7th and cant wait for the weather to improve.

Probably because they only list the first vin # they start with on any specific day. You only have to see that your vin falls between the start of two days. If you cant get it, PM me with your vin and I'll have a look for you.

50th AEfan, Are all those codes the exact same ones that are listed on the sticker in your glove box? Are there any discrepancies in the two lists?
