However starting around December, in the ITW sightings north of Detroit, we started to see a complete side to side horizontal shelf. Initial speculation then was it was because some of its camo might have sagged, got too close to the the exhaust, but that theory has left the building, as the latest versions are all showing a distinct side-to-side component.
