dyno sheet of Z06 vs Stingray

here is a dyno sheet that shows both a Stingray (green) and a Z06 (blue)

I am no expert on dyno but the upper blue line (torque?) that drops off at 2800 rpm to 3100 rpm seems strange to me and wondering if anyone can comment.

Both blue lines are Z06 and both green lines is Stingray. The lower blue line is HP and upper blue line is TQ. What you are seeing is a dip in power for Z06. What this graph shows is that up until 5000rpm the stingray makes more power and the power delivery is smoother so in real world street driving Stingray is much better. For example at 3000rpm Stingray makes 400 Ft/Lb of TQ but Z06 makes only 280 Ft/Lb of TQ

Not sure what gear they'd use to do that pull, but with the lower torque of the LT6 it might be a struggle to get it going. That could cause the LT6 to drop in performance at lower RPM's
I don't know but the fact that the same Z06 that made 617hp here, made 598hp on a different dyno, means that conditions where very good for a hero run.
