Man oh man, you need six eyes on the road these days. I have never seen so many idiots as I have this spring.
I honestly don't know how some people even get a licence.
I came home early today just because I figured my luck was running out.

They are everywhere Bill. I had a OPP officer in front of me today who without warning just pulled off the road and then realized he could not stop before the guard rail he was bearing down on. I wonder if I had hit him if I would have been charged since I would have got him from behind. Unreal.

No pride anymore in driving skills.

Just posted on the news at 6 that there has been 159 drivers charged with impaired this weekend.
Wonder how many got away?

Unfortunately, more than got caught Bill.... Some people just refuse to learn....

It's sad that with the amount of awareness and education there is surrounding impaired driving these days, the problem seems to be getting worse instead of better.

Over the weekend, there were 108 speeders caught on two highways around St.John's and these are by no stretch of the imagination what I would call long stretches of highway
One car (a family car too) was nailed at 167km/hr and two bikes were nailed at 221km/hr.
The worse part is that at this time of the year the young moose are wandering around as thier mothers drive them off.

Likely a 1 : 5 ratio. Some people just don't get the message, sometimes until it's too late.
