i see that the 2 year old king of the north dragway at north bay is up for sale. 190 acres with 1/8 th mile strip and facilities for 2.5 million. hopefully it remains operational. oh to win the lotto.

Doug, I wonder what kind of base they have for the track in terms of local race cars? I would think they would have done their homework prior to building the facility.
You are right in hoping it continues. If they close it down it is just another 190 acres in an area with lots of empty 190 acre parcels.
Good luck selling the place and hopefully someone who is interested in the sport continues with it.

Pocket change for Tony of Welland but I suspect the grape business might not flourish that far north.
