I might run the 1/4 mile couple of times just see how it does, we should have get together at a track this summer once it opens up

I prefer St. Thomas be cause it has shade, but Cayuga is better maintained. Heck does St. Thomas still exist even? It's been 10 or 15 years or so since I've been there. I imagine Grand Bend still exists. It was the best, but too far away.

Ya, "Improved". Not sure concrete barriers are an improvement. " Armco barriers" are designed to give when hit. Concrete is unforgiving. However a new surface is cool.

Previous owner died in 2019. Owner from Grand Bend bought the track. Covid hit and have not been there since.
Friday nights were always a good time. Track rentals used to be great prep. Sounds like the new owners are committed to keep it going .

Luskville Dragway (just across the river from Ottawa) for us Ottawa peeps. I don't think I will be abusing the C8 (I will do a fun run just to "see", LOL), I have the S550 Mustang (going forced induction this year and aiming for 4 digit hp numbers if I'm lucky) for killing tires in the burnout box...

St. Thomas is like an old friend to me that I don't get to see often enough. Started going there in 1964. This was my friends B/Altered and his buddy with a B/SR.
