Yes, I had to modify and add another section of tracks to raise the garage door going up the ceiling. This lift is from The Lift Superstore in Oakville and the model is Quatro Stacker Wide Track.

Looking good..

Assuming there is slope in the floor....

Is this min or max height?

My floor slopes by 5" and 10.5 is the max height near the driveway but only 10' toward house.
10.5 is the minimum you'd want depending on what you want to do. If you want to work on cars and you want 6 feet underneath and cars are usually a little higher than 4 feet (Depending on the car of course) and the rails are about 4 inches high so 10.5 is minimum. 11 feet is preferable to avoid the roof. lol.
If you want to store cars then you need to measure your cars heights.

Nice set-up QT_C8.

My advice to someone else looking to get a 4-post lift: if like me you don't drive straight into your garage (you have to turn into the garage due to your driveway set-up) and you don't want to make a 3-point turn but rather just drive in, get a wider lift if that fits in your garage so you have more room to maneuver into the garage while parking. That way you can swing wider while parking and not risk hitting the front corner post of the 4-post lift. Something to consider.

Having some lift experience I will tell you that you can get away with a lower ceiling height if you are prepared to adjust your expectations. I moved this year from an 11’ ceiling to a 9‘ ceiling. It means I sit on my rolling stool to work under the car and I cannot store a car completely underneath the lift. I have attached a picture of my new setup.

I see Cariboocreek the top photo has one sign that prohibits me from ever entering your garage. A real shame since I'd love to explore the 2 nice vehicles in the photos (sigh)... :).

And Murray CAN'T be serious about putting that top down to fit the Camaro. Instead perhaps try letting all the air out of the tires and driving it underneath the lift on its rims? (ha ha)

To be clear you meant the Mopar sign….right?
