Different dealers/country's get different constraints?

Was reading on a different forum, guys story goes he got an allocation Mar 17 same as me and his dealer informed him that the only thing he couldn't have was 70th and NCM delivery just confused as I was able to order a 70th with allocation the same day I believe he's with a U.S dealer not sure why they would constraint in the U.S though, just dealer stupidty?

No, constraints can be different for each vehicle allocation and dealer to dealer plus you are comparing yourself to a guy in a different country and think his dealer is “just stupid”?

Constraints don't necessarily mean none available. It can mean a limited supply. GM has some unknown formula as to how they award allocations with what available options.
