DCT filter

I am going to need a DCT filter change when the car comes out of storage. Does anyone know if the filter is on backorder still or is it easily available? The car won’t come out for another month, but should I order the filter now? And does anyone know the part number?

Filter alone is 24045729,,,,,There is a kit that gives you new bolts and a filter. It is 24299326.

I would order now. Check the part #'s with the dealer as I haven't ordered any yet.

The # I have for the fluid is 19418016.

Shop around. I purchased a couple DCT filters from an online GM wholesaler (BuyKippScottGMParts.ca) and saved money. There should be something similar in your area, so you'd save on shipping costs. Or another option used by some, is to show your dealer the price you'd get from a wholesaler and see if they'd price-match. Good luck!
