Looks like he should have started with an SRT Neon before even getting in the car. HA! I have no idea what I would have done with a lambo so I could not be held blameless either.
 
Wow -- At least he had insurance, tho they won't be happy with him.

Best he fixes it up and sells it and sticks with his everyday ho-hum family sedan.

I have heard of people going bankrupt with similar wins. He will have to pay 50% tax for the car of the car on its' value brand new and now if he tries to sell his now used damaged (but repaired) vehicle after paying his insurance and deductible, he can end up with a net loss.
 
It's all in the title... "Utah truck driver...". The camo also gives something away. I'm shocked that the article didn't say "...wife, er.. Cousin... We don't really know..." in it.

Best thing he could do is ditch the car (pun intended), take the loss, and count his blessings that he's not 6 feet under.
