Great looking shop. I'm hoping to book some time with you next spring to fine tune the '75. Daughter off to college in Sept so just enjoying the Vette as is for now. Would like to reduce the carb size (currently a 750 CFM Edelbrock...too big) and get the spark timing set up. Also needs a better alignment in the back and the kickdown isn't working on the TH400. :)

ZR1 Update

We were not satisfied with the first results , and so went at it again this morning and it paid off :

We started at 550 RWHP went to 587 and with a few more tweek's we are at :
624RWHP and 595 TQ @ 10PSI

Holy Schnickies!! Me like POWER!!!!

Curious, how much is enough anyways?

That's impressive!! If my math is reasonably accurate, LMS advertises a 6% hp increase (638 -> 680) which you guys certainly blew away (550 -> 624 = 13.5%)!

624 rwhp would be 725 bhp if it was truly the 638 from the factory.

What gains do you think are possible with just a tune? I understand that factory tunes are a bit conservative necessarily for warranty. May this account for the difference or did you make other changes?

Just curious/trying to learn.

*sigh* I need bigger tires :D
