Man summer is just hauling by----Carlisle weekend is here already!!! Just got the car back from Woodward dream cruise---washed all up--cleaned the interior--ready for Carlisle. Group heading out of Toronto at 5:30 on Friday morning--we are doing a rolling join on at Casablanca Road for 6:00 am--then meeting a couple of guys at the Duty Free in Fort Erie at 6:30-6:45 am. You are more than welcome to join this tour---just have your gas tank full and IRS radio on channel 5.0---and be prepared to have some fun!!!:driving:

Someone we know is going there who lives in New Jersey with his ('95)C4 ZR1 .
If circumstances were a little different here, we'd be going to Carlisle to have some fun and maybe driving that baby home.

If I'm lucky I'll make ribfest in Guelph.

Safe travels man.

Thanx---summer seems so short when you get to this time of year---Woodward one weekend then Carlisle the next!!! Both very different tours---but both very unique also!!!! I try to squeeze in as many tours in the summer as I can---it gives me something to think about on those cold winter nights!!!! As always I will post pictures from Carlisle--should be lots of the new Z06 present!!!

Ran into a group from Nova Scotia at the Maine mall .They all gathered around my Ford Fiesta :D

Nice folks

Great run down to Carlisle today!!--Duty Free is always the first order of business!!

Border line up is always a HOOT!!

Freeway line ups are always present on a tour this big--but we all made it down OK!!

Finally at Carlisle in record time lots of hustle on the way down!!!

Lots of fast yellow monsters present!!!!

Some eye candy!!

The flea market in full swing!!

Willy and the Kerbec women!!

Start of the burn out competition!!!

And the burn outs continue!!

Willy and Craig hook up with Wil Cooksey--GM of Corvette--retired!!

Did I tell you how much we liked the yellow C7 ???

More burn out action!!

Beauty ride down and event Willy -- hope the weather holds for the rest of your stay.

Well today was not the sunnest in recent history--rained in the morning for about an hour--lots of vendors packed up and left--but then the rain stopped--still a little humid!!!

The rain started early!!!

Saw this pink little unit first this morning--Oh and her car was pink too!! Hehehe

Ran into Brian Hay--flying the Callaway Flag for Wilson Niblett--working the show!!!

Billy I found you a little swag buddy!!!!

That 2nd Yellow one.... isn't that a Z06 ?

Easy... larger side gills, and rear wheel vents

This morning we woke up to total sun shine in Harrisburg!!--I love the mist coming thru the mountains first thing in the morning!! Got everyone up and headed to Cracker Barrel--then the Magical Mystery Tour Home started---we actually had everyone join us on the way home this year!! I would like to thank SCUBE and Craig for their navigation skills down and back!! Also Bruce for booking the rooms--always top drawer service at the Sheraton!! Coming home we had some triple digit runs down the mountains and valley on the four laners!! I am pretty sure everyone enjoyed that part of the tour!!!

7 am at the Sheraton!!

Getting the cobwebs out first thing in the morning!!

Finally got to Cracker Barrel--slight mis calculation!! Heheheh

Doing the Susquahanna River Run on #15

The Little League World Championship was going on as we blew thru!!

Triple digit mountain runs where a complete BLAST!!

If you have time to look the scenery is awesome!!!
Great trip with some more great Corvette folks!!!!!!!:flag:
