Cleaning inside of windshield

Does anyone have any tips on cleaning the inside of the windshield? I lower the top and try to do it from outside the car with the doors open. I also try to do it from inside the car. It's almost impossible to do a complete job. Either my arms aren't long enough, or don't twist at the necessary angles. How are the rest of you doing it?

The midengine forum recommends a wand, but I forget which one.
I have a cheap one that I use to move around Newspaper.

There are a ton of windshield cleaning wand brushes available. If you purchase, make sure it has a pivoting head.

They also have magnetic window cleaners you move it from the outside and the wand moves on the inside. I have never tried them.
But they are about $30 on amazon.
Currently I do yoga stretches to clean them not that easy.

I would take it to a detailer every once in a while. Problem solved!
