Riverbend Golf course in RD is famous for goose $hit all over the greens and assaults on the golfers. I find a 60 degree sand wedge works well on them... lol... Here's a tidbit of info.... It is well known that the Canada goose returns to their nesting grounds every year. The groundskeeper at Riverbend decided one year that he would go around to all the nests and break their eggs to cut down on the return population. As soon as Fish and Wildlife got wind of this he was charged. The news went viral and he went down the road looking for another job. Lots of goose lovers around here.
