Curious if anyone has done a spreadsheet on the correlation between oil level at operating temperature and cold. Seems ridiculous that to simply check your oil level you must bring the car up to operating temperature. Maybe someone has done some recording of these level differences and come up with a viable chart to determine your proper oil level when taken cold .
