My name is Blair and I live in Kingston, On. I just brought my 2000 C5 home from a Toronto dealer yesterday. Looking forward to getting to know you all and hopefully meeting up from time to time.

We have a daughter living near Sydenham and have been to the Kingston CTC cruise night. Might just cross paths this summer. If you see a silver 2005, it might just be us.

Hi Blair -- one of my favourite towns is Kingston -- having lived in the Ottawa Valley, in Smiths Falls, for years, we visited your fine town many many times.
A hearty welcome to you and we too look forward to meeting up and seeing your ride too.

It's a long drive for you but there are many coming in for this event in May. Would be great to see you there if you could make it. You'll be very glad you did.

Cheers,

Welcome to CCF Blair. Beautiful city Kingston. So do they still have the Blues festival every August? I'd like to go one of these days.

Blair...welcome to the Forum....a great way to get rid of the mid-winter blahs. I also have family in Kingston (twin brother, mother, father and numerous cousins). Cruising along highway 15 or highway 2 will no doubt become a frequent event...

Welcome to the forum! Glad you could get on here! Now post some pics! We'd love to see your ride!

Colin

Have the Coping Center event in my calendar now and am planning to make the trip down.

That's awesome Blair. When we get closer to the time, let us know when you're coming and we'll watch out for you.
You'll probably find that many others will come from your direction and you could convoy along with them.

These events have a lot of great people, great cars, and this year's spring event will be at Manny's place so his shop will be right there. Not sure what he'll have going on but you can bet it'll be something awesome.

..........and all this for a wonderful cause : COPING. The event will be attended by Glenn and Roslyn Crichton who run COPING and have this fundraiser every spring for us to have a bunch of fun.

Entry to the festivities is simply to donate to COPING by purchasing tickets to a very special car this year: It's another 'vette a 2013 but will be prepped and readied by Manny's team at Dasilva Motorsports Inc.

Tickets are $20 for three for the car draw, but many attendees buy more since there's a limited number of tickets sold. Good chance of winning a great car and as I said it goes to a wonderful cause...

This is a really great event, and we're all looking forward to it a lot.

C.

I think there will be some from Peterborough going with us. We could meet somewhere en route and convoy. I have a GPS unit and have been to Manny's shop before.

Welcome to the fun house :D you will love it here.
