I spent the day yesterday doing a few upgrades. We switched to ID850 injectors, 3.25 pulley and modified the fuel line to feed the rails properly from the rear to prevent any possiblilty of starving the last cylinders to get fuel in the stock setup.
Thanks to my man Seth at Federal for many hours spent to get the tuning right with great power and my priority, safety for the motor. We got 619 rwhp and 650 lbs of torque but backed it off a bit in the end to be safe. Idle and driveability are as good as stock. Now if I can figure out the shift points with my 17" tires I should get some great runs at the track this summer!

That is wicked!!!! Very nice! I can't wait to hear what kind of times you are posting! What other mods did you do to keep the rest of your drive train safe?

Yikes Canuk -- You got some serious power there.

You must be planning on high 9's or low 10's (quarter) Hope you got some good traction.

Good luck and keep us up on your track times.

I haven't done to much as of yet. The diff is done with gears ans hardened shafts and I have axle hoops so that in case one breaks the damage would be limited. The transmission is now probably the weak link but as long as its holding up, I'll leave it alone.
The car is a daily driver in the summer and drives and looks bone stock, unless you get into the throttle.

I doubt I will ever see times like that. This is a daily driver and I'm not going to do what's needed to get times that low. I just want a daily driver, that I can take on a trip reliably, and when I want to have some fun go to the track and see a 10.xxx. 10.9999 is fine with me.
traction is a serious problem for sure.

Wise choices -- and 10.xxx or even 11.xxx are pretty stout numbers. That's as good or better than stock ZR-1 and GT-R territory.

Please keep us up on developments.
