I have seen the MOE and MTO stopping vehicles in the Haliburton area recently. What is odd about that is that we have no emission inspection stations and smog checks are not required here to get your vehicle licensed. So if you have no idea of what emissions your vehicle is putting out and not required to know why are they pulling people over and inspecting equipment?
