My grand daughter told me a story about she and her friend leaving school one day and flying to "Candyland" to get candy I guess. She had the story down to the last detail and it really was quite funny. Not long after this picture came up on the interwebby thing and made me smile, showed it to her she was excited there really was a "Candyland".
But I love this picture for the excess that cars had in the "space age of design". This town thinking ahead even had a parking space for this Caddies trunk. Damn, love those fins.
