Hello everyone who sees this on CCF.
Annually on this day hereby proclaiming …

JUNE 30th as …

:canada: CANADIAN CORVETTE D’EH :canada:

Reasoning for this date every year is obvious for many C-GEN Owners.
Been a National Corvette Day south of the 49th so here's Canada's own fittingly declared here on CCF ...
For those new and unknown to C-Gen, this date is for why we celebrate every Generation of Corvette and not just our own.
May this always be the basis of our Canadian Corvette Ownership Camaraderie in CANADA EH !!! 😁👍🏻
(a day with the first production Corvette rolling from the assembly line)

Please keep this thread on topic and post your photo of Your Corvette(s) of Past and Present.
It is acceptable to have a photo with multiple Corvettes as long as yours is in it.
Brief story of your Ownership is always appreciated.

Cheers to you all here in Canada

Great post and idea Sp. Here are my babies. 2009 C6 (first Vette) and 2015 C7 (current).

The C6 was an american car bought new in Kentucky by an oilfield exec. in Calgary and drove home from the US. Felt a little bad as both him and his wife cried when I picked it up. He told me only once did he shut off the nannies to see what it would do. Gave it the gas, dumped the clutch and found himself facing directions he didn't want to go. Said it scared him so bad, he never shut the TC off again...lol..Drove the car for 4 years and traded it at 40,000 km for my C7 3LT, getting $3000 more than I paid for the C6 plus the gst saving. Also got 10% off MSRP on the C7 which was pretty much unheard of in 2015.

Picked the C7 up in September of 2015 and as much as I loved the C6, I love the C7 as well. 24,000 km on her and never a burp.

My first Vette was the yellow '73 big-block. I learned a lot from this car. It was numbers-matching, but I bought it as a total loss from SGI insurance company. Did a full restoration, only to have it catch fire and burn to ashes a couple of years later. Received a hefty payout from the same insurance company! Several years and 3 children later, I found the red '76 behind a barn outside Winnipeg, with a fragged engine and an badly beaten interior. This was my Redneck Vette! I installed a 700R4 in place of the turbo 350, built a 400 Lbs-ft full-roller Vortec 350, and added side pipes and the snorkel intake for some added flair! This was a true gravel-road beater, but I owned it for 14 years and I loved the vibe! Last spring, I bought the 2012 'Vert on Kijiji, out of Calgary. Got a great price, because it had been neglected by some oilfield cowboys. This was my introduction to modern Corvettes. Sadly, it was crushed last winter in a building collapse, but once again, insurance was good to me! So, I stepped up to a 2011 Grand Sport! This will be my retirement touring car, so I added a hitch, and bought the little teardrop to pull behind it. Route 66, here I come!!

Hello from the southern-most part of Canada - Pelee Island, on Canada D'EH!
It would be great to see photos from CCF members in the northern, western and eastern-most parts of Canada...View attachment 83722 the northern
Vettari:

We went for a spin today and ended up at Cape Spear, the most easterly point in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and North America. Who says a guy can't be in 3 places at the same time. :canada:
