Awesome Mikey, thanks for that video. We still have the old Catalina water bombers flying here too; those things just lumber though the sky. Hopefully those CL-215s are flying soon. Our fire season is just about to get underway here.

Interesting aircraft design. They look very simplistic but obviously effective.
Do you suppose they are not flying because of a lack of a water pickup area? Any help BC could get would be great.

I'm not sure Murray. The puddles of oil under the engines tells me that they're here for some heavy maintenance. If out in Banff,they could use Lake Minnewanka or south of Canmore,the Spray Lakes reservoir.
