OK. Things are coming along well with my '93. Motor is cranking, engine is getting spark, tank is full. I am still trying to find the correct resistance value for the used CCM I installed. I have zero fuel pressure. My question is does the VATS system disable the fuel pump? I know that the CCM tells the ECM to pulse the fuel injectors but should there be pressure in the fuel rails? When I find the correct key code will the pump operate?
