top speed was achieved at redline in 6th, they probably tested going into 7th and that made it worse

It was likely in auto so the computer would decide what gear.

Ferrari introduced their new Hyper car today (the F80) and the performance stats are in some cases not as good as the ZR1 (top speed). The price is over $3M USD. That ZR1 is looking more and more like a bargain even if its $300K which I don't think it will be that much.

As usual it will come down to production numbers. Supply and demand. Car sales, and I would suggest sports cars in particular, will pick up in the spring as the snow disappears. 20 cm forecast for northern BC tonight. Jesus.

It probably will be $300K CAD on the road after taxes etc.
