C8 Spoiler Question

Have a question:
If I order a NON Z51 2021 can I order a aftermarket High Wing or Z51 Spoiler and have it installed on a non Z51 Corvette ?
I have read several opinions on this that the rear clip on a NON Z51 vehicle will not support the wing.
Thanks for the advice as I'm not sure that i require the Z51package but love the High wing or Z51 wing.

you can put any wing on ur car, z51 or non z51

Agree, you can install either wing but you will need the bolt template to drill out the mounts. The high wing was made as a direct swap out to existing bolt pattern to the Z51. Either case I think will involve removing rear facia. There are plenty of Youtube videos out there.

i just finished removing the rear bumper of a c8 and its really not that hard, just time consuming.

You 100% can do what you are wanting, e.g., installing your high wing on your entry C8. Many have done so very successfully, though as noted above you will need to get that install template. Best of fortune.

High wing is now available through your dealer’s parts department. Not sure of $CAD price. Mine came with Z51 CF spoiler which was replaced after about 2 weeks with the High Wing spoiler. Thus I have the Z51 carbon flash low spoiler plus the template required for installation plus some of the necessary hardware.

Kipp Scott sells genuine GM parts. He's cheaper than a Stealership but you would pay shipping with Kipp

That's good to know. I ordered a Z51 and am thinking about buying an OEM GM replacement rear bumper without the wing. Wanted the Z51 but no wing.
