56 lbs of unsprung rotational mass is huge in the performance department. Easier starts and stops. Car may hit 2.8 in 0-60.
 
I saw a video where the guy did a mathematical model of how fast the C8 can achieve 0-60 times and the explanation why it can't go faster. 2.6 seconds was the top speed, given every scenario such as tires, wheels, bigger camshaft, exhaust, etc. I wonder how accurate his model will be when the Z06 comes out and the aftermarket 1000 hp C8's hit the track.
