C6 rear wide body conversion.

Dasilva Motorsports has done these and has them or can get them. Send Manny (Nasty98) a PM and he'll be able to help you out. And, don't forget to take some before/after pics for us!

I priced the complete job at Dasilva's a year or so ago. It gets to be a fair bit of money by the time you also add the wider wheels and tires to fill up the wheel wells properly. It sure would look mean and nasty though. I think Manny said that I could go one size bigger than stock on the back without rubbing on the stock body work.

Hey guys anybody out the got a wide body conversion kit for sale or know where to buy one here in Canada. Thanks.

Thanks for the inquiry , I know the price I gave you is very different form what you are seeing on the US sites , but we have to deal in CDN currency and pay for shipping and brokerage . The US will always have the better price ....for Americans anyway :D

Yeah I've been doing a lot of searching on this topic and finally got a set coming from the states. All said and done it came to $2375 Canadian including shipping and brokerage fees. It's a deal I couldn't pass up. With regards to the back wheels I have ordered the zr1 replicas 18 x 9.5 up front and 19 x 12 for the rear. I will be running 275/35- zr 18 up front and 345/30- zr19 in the rear using nitto invos. All said and done it's not a cheap upgrade but totally worth it for the amazing look. I'll post some pics later in May or June once I get the new lingenfelter hood and get the car repainted. Cheers guys. I really do wish we could get parts up here in Canada as cheap as it is in the states. I saved nearly $1500 on wheels and tires alone.

Here it is only November 28/2019 and minus 18 but already I am researching. I want to put a rear only wide body on my Z51. Have any of you guys out there done this if so send some pics
and Please let me know where you got the kit and if they can come prepainted. Some of you are probably saying why only the rear, well I have seen many pics and I really like the look and I could use wider tires on the back as my car is supercharged needs more traction at least that is what I tell my bride and she is the one who bought me the super charger for fathers day a few years back. Looking forward to your replies

Hey Wayne, Wide'05 has a 2005 Z51 that he wide bodied just the rear several years ago. Think i recall he used OEM parts but can't recall from where. He got them painted and then did the install himself. Garth said if he did it again he would install the kite then get paint to assure the new paint matched. Some colors like DSOM are a bugger to match.
Everything I've seen and read indicates that OEM fit the bast and the kits come complete. www.gmpartshouse.com is the company that keeps coming up for ordering. Panels come primed, not sure if they come any other way. Been thinking about this myself and would love to do it. Makes the car more aggressive for sure. Good luck.
