C6 Base or Grand Sport?

Hello, I’m currently looking into purchasing a C6 LS3 Corvette. Is there a better year to look at? Or should I bite the bullet and look at the 2010-2013 Grand Sport?

Hi. 2008 and up is good but if you can get as close to 2013 as possible it is better. If you dont mind about if it's not automatic, the manual transmission, cars with the targa top will give you many Z06 features.
