Hi Shayne...The low mileage on that '78-79 will certainly add value.But I believe you are correct.. most C3s for under $10K will need work.You are probably better off in the $14-16K range for a well cared for car.As always it pays to have a car of this age checked over by a pro..there is so much that can be wrong with these ..frame, rear bearing assemblies, trailing arms, etc..Take care palGraham
