Hi everyone,
My next project is to switch out my old vinyl seats. Has anyone changed them out, any tips how to remove them and replace on the seat frame.
Any tips, utube, would be appreciated

If you plan on performing a lot of your own work look into buying a Corvette Assembly Manual it will save you a lot of time and frustration.

The seats are bolted to the floor, easy to remove the bolts (as long as they are not rusted) then pull the seats on frame out. I replaced my original seats with C5 seats in 2001. I didn't bother to swap frames but they do sit about 1 - 1.5" higher than the stock ones. Many have used C5/6 and I have read of a few who are about to swap in C7 seats.
