Well a couple of pictues from the last few days

Terry (Woodstockcarguy) left his pristine 85 here at the spa for it's yearly list of upgrades ..

So some new drilled and slotted rotors with Ceramic pads and a nice splash of blue on the calipers .............looks pretty nice if I do say so myself !

Also wired in a new over-ride switch for the fans , oil change with Penszoil 5W30 and K&N oil filter , touched up the oil pan while I was under there as it was looking a little tired . Look for a set of headers soon in this baby , just waiting for therm to return form the ceramic coater .

Next up is a Y2K Lemans Blue C5 which is in for a major over-haul .

New seat foam / custom covers / LG headers / Magnaflow exhaust / new HD end-links and few other goodies .

Out with the junk .

More to come

Go..Go Magnaflow !!! :D
I noticed the headers...Thats all I'M missing to complete my system .... Next move for next year.....

That does look very nice. Do they make headers any bigger? I'm not compensating for anything but....I'll need headers at least three times that size.

Dyno and tune done . Pretty good number for just headers and exhaust . Finsihed at 340RWHP & 357 RWTQ :D

nice numbers after the tune - long tubes work great on LSxx engines, never been too keen on magnaslow exhaust though, but looks nice under that car...and they've got a nice product now

Hopefully I get a nice tax return and i can come get a set of LG headers from ya:D And no I haven't forgotten about that front bumper either

Hi All. Mine was the Y2K Coupe getting the "overhaul". I can barely find the words to describe the workmanship, professionalism and timeliness performed by my man, Manny. I dropped my Vette off knowing it would take just over a week to get all of my mods done. This included new LG headers, Magnaflow cat-back, sway-bar links, fog light grills, iPod dock, new seats and foams. (These are all in addition to the Vararam power duct he installed last summer). Everything was done on time, as promised. Manny always kept me up to date on progress and sent me pics.

Let me tell you, that first drive home was nothing like I've felt before. The throttle response blew me away and she now has the 'growl' I was looking for. I now own a new beast, with tremendous power and comfort ... and am loving it. It's like a whole new car!

Thanks Manny ... there is no one else I will ever trust to touch my Vette but you my friend.

I've attached pics of my new seats Manny had installed. These were custom made for me by Dave c/o DJ Motorsport. I wanted to keep a nice balance of new and original in the cock-pit. (Notice the special embroidered tribute Dave came up with for my sis-in-law who passed away unexpectedly last year ... much too young. She was the reason I decided to take the plunge and fulfill my childhood dream of owning a Corvette. She is now with me on every ride).

Terry has a great looking C4 checked it out at the Franklin Storeall last year and in Mannys driveway the other day when I was there.
Some decent numbers for the C5 with full exhaust should add a nice growl to the car now.

Thanks for the kind words Greg.
Manny and Rob successfully completed stage 1 of the work on my car. The new brakes look and feel great. I can't wait to have stage 2 completed when the headers gone on, the power robbing air pump is removed and a new cold air system installed under the hood. Compared to the C5's and 6's these cars are definitely underpowered and I look foward to experiencing the horsepower gains as they should be quite dramatic.

Nice seat skins, Dave and the guys do a great job at DJ Motorsports glad you liked them.
First mods! oh no looks like the mod bug has hit hard, I am sure you will be back
to Manny in a while for some additional mods, add a med sized cam 226/228 and you will
be amazed at how much fun the car becomes, very drivable for a DD and lots of power.

Thanks again for the info and lead on these seats, Greg. I couldn't be happier with them. Yep, mod-fever has hit - I'm now broke and you're not helping by suggesting more! ;)
