I have bad news from my "reliable" source

One of the issues there will be soon is a lot of smaller dealers aren’t going to get their 3000 status cars
GM informed us this week all 33-3400 orders will get built but if there’s any part shortages GM will start cancelling 3000 status orders of the smaller dealers in Canada and US so they can supply the larger dealers with cars

We knew that the second shift would take at least a month to possibly start after the plant reopens. So the July 6th date doesn't surprise me. But as Murray has stated, there's a lot of take that that screenshot being passed around as #FakeNews.
Now, as for Gilles comment, that's believable and make me glad I bought mine from Canada's number one corvette dealer.

I'm with Wilson Niblett in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Them and Brian Cullin in St. Catherines, Ontario battle over the number 1 & 2 spot in Canada.

Customers would be equal in a perfect world scenario but business is business. In times of crunch, when push comes to shove, you look after your best customers. Kerbecks, for example sold 913 Corvettes in 2019. That gives them a lot more influence on GM than the dealer in buttfk nowhere that sells 8 vettes a year.

Kerbecks is in the USA they will hang upon you once they see that you are calling from Canada

All just speculation, we will see who gets their car.
Large dealers don't mean you will get your car any sooner. I know small dealers who have all their allocations driving C8's. <shrug> it's all up to GM.

I would feel a lot better if my Status 3000 C8 was with Brian Cullen or Wilson Niblett. I'm sure the Alberta boys get most of the loaded Silverado and diesels just makes sense to take care of the big players first.
