I have hardly had this car (that I just inherited) and three different people have already referred to it as a batmobile...kinda looks like it. Do you owners get that comment alot.

My best comment from last year was from a family in a GMC pickup I had been following behind for about 10 kilometres. We both pulled into the Dead mans flats Husky and as I’m cleaning the front windshield,him and one of his young boys came up and said something to the effect of....”That thing looks deadly coming up from behind”. The boy then said “my brother and me have you on video”. Not quite the Batmobile but hey !! I’m blue !! All in all it was a pretty cool comment to get.

The family at the Red Deer Peters this summer with Ziggy and Jeff was fun as well. Watching Jeff interact with the kids was cool to watch. Very cool to see as I’ve got no kids so I missed out on the “world of wonder” that little kids see and describe through their eyes. Never got to experience that.

I can relate Mike...no kids for me here either, but when you open the door somewhere and tell that little guy or girl to slide in behind the wheel of your car.... and see the look in their eyes and on their faces.... And the way they smile back up to their dads that are watching them..... I'm just glad I was the selfish guy that could afford to buy the car and still have the compassion for that kid.... and to know that that kid is gonna remember sitting in that Corvette for a long long time.... And just maybe I might still be around when that kid joins the forum and tells the story of how he or she fell in love with a Corvette.... Kudos to all you guys who see that in their eyes....

My first batmobile Z06.... 2013 model. Sold it with 8k on the odometer.
